A full UK driving licence would be preferred, however this is not essential due to the strong local transport links between sites. Travel will be shared across the team where possible.\n\nWork pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with evenings off and reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain and elevate customer service standards.\nEnsure company and brand standards are consistently met.\nFollow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.\nAchieve store and company KPIs.\nSupport the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store.\nProvide support across 3 additional stores around the Croydon area when required.\nLead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused store environment.\n\nAbout You\n\nEnthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service.\nExperience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment.\nProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods.\nComfortable supporting multiple stores around the Croydon area.\nFull UK driving licence preferred but not essential, due to good local transport links.BBBH36379
