As a STEM Tutor Milton Keynes, you'll teach small groups of just 4-6 pupils, allowing you to truly tailor your lessons and build meaningful relationships. You'll bring science to life through engaging, adaptive teaching that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

This role goes beyond traditional teaching,you'll play a key part in supporting students' emotional and academic development, helping them overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

• Deliver engaging, creative STEM lessons tailored to individual needs
• Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of SEN requirements
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and self-confidence

• Proven experience working with SEN students (essential)
• Strong understanding of ASD, SEMH, or trauma-informed approaches
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient teaching style
