Science Graduate Teaching Assistant\nWest London\nSeptember start \n£107-£120 per day\n\nVeritas Education is partnering with secondary schools in West London to recruit dedicated and adaptable Science Graduate Teaching Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, supporting students' learning, building their confidence, and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Roles are full-time, term-time only, and available to start September 2026.\n\nResponsibilities for Science Graduate Teaching Assistant include:\n\nAssist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom learning.\nSupport the development of students' academic skills, as well as their social and emotional growth.\nProvide targeted support to students one-to-one, in small groups, and across the whole class, including those with additional learning needs.\nSupport classroom behaviour management and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.\nPrepare and organise learning resources to support lesson delivery and student engagement.\nCollaborate with teachers and SEN staff to track student progress and implement effective learning strategies.About you:\n\nEducated to degree level in any science subject\nHave previous experience within a school or other education related experience.\nDemonstrate enthusiasm and a professional and friendly approach.\nHave knowledge and experience supporting children with additional learning needs.\nSchool based experience preferred but not essential.If you wish to be considered please respond to this advert by sending your up to date CV outlining relevant skills and experience for this role.
