Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle front desk activities and manage incoming calls
  • Serve refreshments to guests as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform filing and document management (physical and digital)
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
  • Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
