The Role

• Managing a varied portfolio of business rates cases
• Preparing and handling Check, Challenge & Appeal submissions
• Undertaking inspections, valuations and negotiations
• Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
• Supporting client growth and mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• MRICS qualified with strong Business Rates experience
• Proven track record managing complex cases and client relationships
• Strong valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Existing client following advantageous
