Change Consultant - London (Hybrid) - £45-55k

We're collaborating with a rapidly growing and highly regarded London-based Change & Transformation consultancy that is seeking to bring on a talented Change Management Consultant to its expanding team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong client portfolio, a high-calibre pipeline of large-scale transformation programmes, and a genuine commitment to shaping the next generation of consulting talent.

As a Change Management Consultant, you'll lead the delivery of complex business transformation programmes across a range of sectors.

Working alongside seasoned consultants and senior client stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in helping organisations successfully adopt change and realise the benefits of major transformation initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Proven supporting or delivering change and transformation programmes
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation capabilities
• A proactive and solutions-driven approach
• Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in consulting
• The ability to develop credibility with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Prior experience within a management consultancy or change transformation consultancy (desirable)
• Working with recognised change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Location: London (Hybrid working pattern)
