Cable Assemblers Required Northamptonshire\n\nWe're currently recruiting for an Cable Assemblers to join a growing and friendly team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has great attention to detail and wants to be part of a supportive company with long-term opportunities.\n\nThe role involves working with a variety of production and assembly processes including crimping, wiring, testing and quality inspection. You'll be working with technical drawings, hand tools and specialist equipment as part of a busy production environment.\n\nKey duties include:\n\nWiring of cables and looms\nCrimping\nTesting and quality checking products\nPacking, labelling and stock control\nReading technical drawings and work instructions\nApplying coatings and heat shrink\nGeneral production and assembly tasks What we're looking for:\n\nPrevious experience in cable assembly and basic wiring\nGood attention to detail\nFine soldering experience preferred\nAbility to work independently and within a team\nBasic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nPositive attitude and willingness to learnAdditional Info\n\nHours: 07.35 to 16.15 Monday to Thursday, 07.35 to 15.15 Friday\nRate: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour\nStart date: ASAP\nProactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.\nProactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
