  • \nHours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility available)

  • \nSalary: Starting from £30,000 per annum

\n\nYour Role\n

As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality drawings, specifications, and coordinated design solutions using REVIT. You’ll also support project delivery and mentor junior team members. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality concept and detailed drawings using CAD/REVIT
  • \n
  • Coordinating design information across multidisciplinary teams
  • \n
  • Supporting planning submissions and statutory approvals
  • \n
  • Advising on environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • \n
  • Contributing to design risk assessments and project delivery
  • \n
  • Administering contracts (NEC/JCT) and undertaking site visits
  • \n
  • Supporting bids and work-winning activities
  • \n
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • \n

We’re looking for someone who is:

    \n
  • An experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist with a strong technical background
  • \n
  • Confident in producing coordinated drawings and specifications using REVIT and BIM
  • \n
  • Comfortable working across sectors such as education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light
  • \n
  • Passionate about mentoring junior team members and supporting their development
  • \n
  • Excited to be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects from concept to construction
  • \n
\n\nWhat We Value\n

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Extensive architectural/technical experience
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards
  • \n
  • Experience using REVIT, BIM, and Autodesk products
  • \n
  • Familiarity with NBS Create and contract administration (NEC/JCT)
  • \n
  • Ability to coordinate design and meet deadlines
  • \n
  • Experience in BIM coordination and sectors such as DfE, MOD, sustainability, or conservation
  • \n
